Mango Salsa

2 mangoes
3-4 tomatoes
16 oz. of salsa (homemade or store bought)
cilantro to taste
green chiles or jalapenos to tasteYou will need two ripe mangoes to start out with.
Peel the skins off and at least another centimetre or
you will get that “pine tree” taste in your mangoes.
Chop the mangoes into small squares and put in a large

Add chopped up tomatoes and salsa.
Cut up cilantro and chiles and add to your liking!
Serve with Pita Chips–recipe below:


6 flat pita breads
kosher salt
cayenne pepper to taste
olive oil

Cut pita breads up into triangle “chip-size” pieces.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle on kosher salt and
cayenne to taste. Bake for 10-18 minutes at 350 F.
Serve with Mango Salsa!
