Warm Asparagus Dressing

Warm Asparagus Dressing

Trim fresh asparagus and cook in slightly salted water, drain and toss with:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper

Top with grated parmesan cheese and chopped red pepper.
