Natalie’s Favourite Pasta Sauce

½ CUP SUNDRIED TOMATOES (rehydrated)
2 CUPS CREAM (35%)
1 CUP BRANDY
salt & pepper to taste
Put all the above into a pot and bring to a boil on medium heat, boil till reduced to half in size and the color of the mixture has become the color of a brown paper bag.
Remove from heat and serve with bowtie pasta.
