ORIENTAL TUNA SALAD

1 (6oz) can flaked tuna
1/3 cup finely chopped green onion
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup bean sprouts
3 Tbsp mayonnaise (use light if you wish)
1 Tbsp soy sauce (Kikkoman’s preferably)
1 Tbsp grated ginger
2 cloves of garlic
– Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix together.
– Serve on the bread of your choice, on a bed of lettuce, or as stuffing for tomatoes or green peppers. Enjoy!!
