– 2 cups large flake oatmeal
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup butter
Put the oatmeal in a large bowl, stir in melted butter and brown sugar.
Press into a cake pan or pie plate, and bake for about 20 minutes at 300 F.
Great with fresh fruit ice cream, tea or single malt whisky!
