3 Tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
3 cups rhubarb
- Cut rhubarb in small pieces.
- Prepare pastry for 2 crust pie.
- Sift together flour and sugar.
- Add egg and beat thoroughly.
- Add rhubarb.
- Line pie plate with pastry and pour in filling.
- Cover with top crust and bake in a very hot oven (525*F) for 10 minutes
- Reduce temperature to 375*F. Bake 35 minutes.
