Shortbread

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cut to desired shapes or just cut into logs 2″x 1/2″ x 1/2″ approximately.
Bake 325 for 25 min. Easy and way too yummy!
I usually double it. Roll in sugars while still warm.
