Teeny Henderson’s Brownies

Teeny Henderson’s Brownies

1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
small 1/2 tsp soda
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
pinch of salt
3/4 cup flour
2 sqaures of unsweetened chocolate
miniture marshmellows

Melt chocolate and butter together. Beat eggs, sugar and milk, then add flour, soda and salt. Add melted butter and choc then walnuts. Spread on greased shallow pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Let brownies cool and sprinkle with marshmellows. (When I was a kid we didn’t have mini marshmellows so Mum used to take scissors and dip them in water and cut up large marshmellows)

Drizzle the following icing over the scattered marshmellows.

1 Tbl butter
1/4 cup milk
2 squares of choc
1/2 tsp vanilla
Icing sugar to make the right consistancy
